How long does setup take, and when can we start?

With the cloud option, your workspace is opened the same day; you can bulk-import your student list from Excel and start right away. For on-premise installations, the timeline is planned according to your infrastructure, with setup and training handled by our team.

How does it relate to MEB and e-Okul?

Okulbis does not replace e-Okul; it is an in-house platform that manages your school's daily administrative, academic and financial operations. Processes such as lesson distribution, extra lessons and timesheets are calculated according to MEB regulations.

Can parents and students access the system?

Yes. With the cloud option, parent and student access is available 24/7 without interruption. Absences, entry/exit movements and announcements reach parents instantly via SMS and notifications.

Is our data secure and KVKK-compliant?

Data is hosted at the İskay Data Center in Turkey and backed up regularly; all processes are run in compliance with KVKK. If required by your data privacy policy, a fully closed-circuit installation on your own servers is also possible.
